Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your midgepsecs to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If there is a problem with the Midgespecs after the 30 days, please do get in touch and we will review the problem with your Midgespecs and get back to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as we can.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without needing to give an explanation.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, unused and unworn, with any tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@midgespecs.co.uk
