Should I buy the standard or compact version?
The standard version fits over larger glasses (including most prescription frames), holds the mesh slightly further from your face, giving a marginally better field of view, and is less prone to misting in humid conditions or when you’re exerting yourself.
The compact is smaller to carry and looks a little sleeker, with a marginal weight saving (52g compact vs 63g standard) and take up a little less space.
Most users find neither version mists significantly, though the standard’s extra space gives more airflow if you run hot. Go compact if packability and style matter most; go standard if you wear big glasses, tend to get hot and sweaty, or just want the most versatile option.
The net has come unstuck, what should I do?
We’ve only had this happen once but if it does, please just send the midgespecs back to us and we’ll fit a new net to your glasses and return them to you.
