1. Introduction

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

4. Price and Payment

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept payment by the methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery

We will deliver goods to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Consumer Rights and Returns

For customers in the European Union and the UK, distance selling rules apply. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification, and return the goods to us.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and with proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@midgespecs.co.uk.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the standards reasonably expected of them, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes the right to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction depending on the circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in relation to any product will not exceed the purchase price of that product.

Discount codes and vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. They have no cash value and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
